Murrieta City Council Candidate Forum
Citizens for Quality Life in Murrieta- CQLM are pleased to offer an opportunity for the working citizens to meet the Candidates running for Murrieta City Council. Mulligans Family Fun Center has graciously offered their facility to accomodate a Debate Forum. This Forum will allow each candidate an opportunity to introduce themselves and express their vision for Murrieta. Written questions from the audience will be directed to the Candidate named. This will be followed by a discussion on the Propositions presented by Bob Kowell, Chairman of Limited Government Political Action Committee, one of the proponents of the three propositions to offer arguments supporting a "yes" vote. Barbara Nugent, recipient of the Scott Crane Community Service Award, and Founder of Community Cares, will follow with her rebuttal supported by her research, urging a "NO" vote. We will end with questions and comments from the audience as time allows. There will be voter registration forms, Community Cares and Citizens for Quality Life in Murrieta member forms available for those interested. Bring your questions.
