Communication is an incredibly important part of our everyday existence. In Business, it is a crucial to have skills to deal with situations and behaviors that complicate everyday interactions. Yet, most people don’t have a technique, techniques or a plan to deal with difficult situations and people. Using techniques from multiple sources, including Verbal Judo by Dr. George Thompson, we will review, practice and apply effective and ethical persuasive techniques to promote cooperation.
