Murrieta School of Business: Topic: Illustrator
This class will teach the basics of Illustrator, including how and when to use Illustrator. If you have ever wanted a better understanding of the program, or are looking to get started but don?t know where to start, this is for you.
Topics include:
- Difference between pixel-based and vector-based design
- Difference between RGB and CMYK (and other color modes)
- Basic knowledge of the interface and where to find things
- How to use the pen tool and Bezier curves
- How to make patterns and brushes
- Layers
- Additional items, including the mesh tool, perspective grid tool, artboard tool and shapebuilder tool, depending on time
A question and answer period will be included for questions of how to do specific things.
