About Us
As a State of California licensed Certified Access Specialist (CASp) and federally certificated Accessibility Inspector/Plans Examiner, we provide ADA inspections and consulting services for businesses, property owners, public entities, and attorneys. We also provide ADA plan review and consulting for new construction developments or alterations to existing developments.
There are hundreds of ADA lawsuits filed in several counties of California every month due to a property lacking accessibility compliance. It is our mission to help properties become aware of non-compliant issues before a lawsuit is filed. As Wildomar/Murrieta natives, it is especially important to us to help protect the businesses of the valley. If an ADA lawsuit has been filed, we can provide guidance and consulting for you or your attorney to reduce the cost of settlements and prevent future lawsuits from recurring.
