1/2 off pet adoptions in November for Adopt-a-Senior-Pet Month

Senior pets sometimes have a difficult time being adopted, but can be among the best companions available. They are usually calmer, trained, housebroken and are ready for love. And for the month of November, all dog and cat adoptions at Animal Friends of the Valleys are 50% off for national Adopt-a-Senior-Pet-Month . The shelter always has a wide variety of loving dogs, cats and other animals eagerly awaiting a new family. The shelter's pets can be seen at www.animalfriendsofthevalleys or visited Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm at 29001 Bastron St, Lake Elsinore. Shelter adoption hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The public is also welcome to the shelter's satellite adoption sites every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The locations are PETCO at 40474 Winchester Rd. in Temecula, and PETsMart at 39227 Central Ave. in Lake Elsinore. Adopted animals are microchipped and spayed or neutered before going home. Animals also come with their first set of vaccinations plus a collar, ID tag, and free vet check.
