Come join me for an afternoon of hands on learning of how to prepare a few of the actual things I eat that have contributed to my 85 pound weight loss in the last 14 months! Recipes will be provided for you to take home. We will have time to eat what we create. Please feel free to bring containers for both liquids and solids so that you can take some home!
The investment is $50. Minimum number of participants is 4 to hold class. Investment can be sent via PayPal at firstname.lastname@example.org, Venmo @Melanie-Pederson, or through Facebook Messsenger. Pre-registration is required so enough food is purchased.
