EMWD Water Wise Demonstration Garden Grand Opening
Eastern Municipal Water District will officially open its Water Wise Demonstration Garden to the public with a Grand Opening event on Saturday, May 9, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Following opening statements, attendees can visit with the many vendors from leaders in landscape irrigation technology, experts in composting and energy as well landscape design. Exhibits will include innovative water use efficiency devices, green energy solutions, and native plant types. This free event will include self-guided tours of the grounds, activities for the kids, and special visits from Dewie the Dragon, Princess Zoie and Captain Lo-Watt. The first 100 kids can make Mom something special for Mother's Day.

I215 north to Hwy 74. Exit Hwy 74 and make a left at the stop sign. Make your first left at Trumble Road and EMWD is located approximately 1/2 mile on the left side.
