The Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve Annual Volunteer Training Program
The Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve will begin its annual volunteer training program on Saturday, October 7. Weekly training sessions will include information on the plateau's unique animal and plant life, geologic history, human history and how to effectively share this information with visitors. Upon completing training, volunteers will be prepared to participate in a number of opportunities including leading hikes for school children, conducting trail patrol, and staffing the Visitor Center information desk.
