Get an ADA inspection of your business or property to prevent the potential for an ADA lawsuit!  98% of inspections provided have found more than one compliance violation that leaves the business suspectable.  Of that 98%, over 60% of them faced an ADA lawsuit before the inspection.  



It is important to us to protect our local businesses and property owners, so we are extending a 30% discount on an interior and/or exterior inspection! Inspections are performed by a State of California licensed Certified Access Specialist.  All inspections include a detailed, yet easy-to-read inspection report and a 1-year term of available communication with the inspector to answer any questions you might have about the report findings. 



Elements that can be inspected on the exterior include, but not limited to, parking lots, routes of pedestrian travel to and around the business, curb ramps & other vertical means of travel, amenities provided outside such as dining areas, playgrounds, pools & spas, performance areas, and more.

 

Elements that can be inspected on the interior include, but not limited to, interior circulation paths, stairs & elevators, restrooms, dining rooms, common areas, stages, break rooms, hotel rooms, and more.



Essentially, anywhere the public can go it is liable and should be inspected!
