Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce Celebrates Local Excellence at the 2024 Annual Awards Celebration
 
Murrieta/Wildomar, CA – The Murrieta/Wildomar Chamber of Commerce hosted a memorable evening on Saturday, September 14, 2024, for the 64th Annual Awards Celebration, themed "Oasis of Excellence." The event, held at the beautiful Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, recognized outstanding individuals and businesses who have made remarkable contributions to the local community. Attendees enjoyed a night filled with celebration, networking, and recognition, as the honorees were highlighted for their excellence, leadership, and dedication to community growth.
 
The 2024 honorees represent the spirit of community service, innovation, and leadership. The Chamber is proud to announce this year’s award recipients:
2024 Ambassador of the Year: Brett Moser 
Brett Moser been a pivotal figure in the Chamber’s activities, providing exceptional support and dedication as a volunteer ambassador. His efforts in fostering connections and promoting Chamber events have significantly enhanced the engagement and effectiveness of our programs.
Murrieta Citizen of the Year: Claudia Contreras
Claudia Contreras has demonstrated extraordinary commitment to improving the quality of life in Murrieta through her volunteer work and community involvement. Her leadership in various local initiatives, including educational programs and community outreach, has made a lasting impact on residents.
Wildomar Citizen of the Year: Rocio Botello
Rocio Botello has been a cornerstone of community service in Wildomar, known for her work with local nonprofits and her advocacy for underrepresented groups. Her dedication to fostering community spirit and support has earned her this well-deserved recognition.
Small Business of the Year: Hera Hub Temecula & JD Promotions
Hera Hub Temecula, a co-working space and business incubator, and JD Promotions, a leader in event marketing, have both exemplified excellence in their fields. Hera Hub Temecula is recognized for its role in supporting entrepreneurial growth, while JD Promotions is celebrated for its innovative approach to promoting local events and businesses.
Medium Business of the Year: Visiting Angels
Visiting Angels has set a high standard in providing compassionate in-home care for seniors. Their commitment to enhancing the lives of their clients through exceptional care and personalized services has made them a standout business in our community.
Large Business of the Year: Rancho Water
Rancho Water is honored for its leadership in sustainable water management and dedication to environmental stewardship. Their proactive initiatives in water conservation and infrastructure development have been crucial in supporting the region’s growth.
Restaurant of the Year: Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers has delighted the community with its high-quality food and exceptional service. Beyond their delicious 3 Finger Combo, Raising Cane’s is deeply committed to community engagement, supporting over 30,000 local organizations and causes close to their hearts. Non-Profit of the Year: Boys & Girls Club of Southwest County

Chairman’s Choice Award: Chris Collier
Chris Collier was recognized with the Chairman’s Choice Award for his exceptional leadership and vision in advancing the Chamber’s advocacy goals. His strategic insights and commitment to fostering business and community growth have made a notable difference.
