The Inaugural Inland Empire Women’s Leadership Collective is  targeted to kick off early in 2019. The  start date is flexible for the companies/women joining.   This impressive collective of 12-women, each  sponsored by their employer, representing varied industries will join together for a 12-week period to focus on the shared interest of development of women in and for leadership.   (90-minutes to 2-hours each week: perhaps on a Thursday afternoon at 3pm) There is no financial outlay for a company to sponsor one of their high potential female leaders, whom they see as a strong influencer and leader.  However every participant must be sponsored by company management, who agrees to support their chosen/selected woman in this 12-week educational and networking and development endeavor, and host a meeting at their location one week.  Details about this program are in Frequently Asked Question format and can be found at  https://www.candacemae.com/inland-empire-womens-leadership-collective/Please contact Candace@CandaceMae.com for more details.
