Associate Attorney

You must have 3+ years of civil litigation and/or Family law experience as an attorney. You must be a GREAT writer and an excellent communicator. If you enjoy writing motions, pleadings, Memorandum of Points, and Authorities, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Able to produce high-quality written work and be comfortable with discovery.
- Familiar with court rules and procedures.
- Able to multitask and manage cases with ease.
- Detail-oriented, focused, team player with a pleasant personality and the ability to work independently.
- Dedicated and ethical.
- Ability to litigate cases in court with ease, comfortable negotiating cases, as well as interacting with opposing counsel.
- Creating efficiencies through developing and refining the Firm’s systems, including the policies and procedures, examples, templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and videos.
- Analyzing statistical information to better understand how we can improve our services and the time we spend servicing clients.
