Family Law Litigation Paralegal

You must have 5+ years of Family law and Civil litigation experience as a paralegal. You must be a GREAT writer and an excellent communicator. If you enjoy writing motions, pleadings, Memorandum of Points, and Authorities, this position is for you.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence for attorney review and filing
- Assist attorneys in preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials
- Manage and organize case files, exhibits, and evidence for easy retrieval
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to schedule meetings and hearings
- Min 5+ years of Family law and/or Civil litigation experience as a paralegal is must
- Legal Research Proficiency
- Proofreading Skills
- Detail-Oriented Skills
- Must provide a sample writing to be considered
